We understand that finding the right dog care and leaving your dog can be a stressful experience. We want to reassure you that your dog will be taken care of and treated like our own - they become a part of our family.
Your dog will have many of their usual comforts they're used to at home, with the added benefit of company from Milo and other dog guests and making new friends.
Their day will be filled with fun enrichment activities, a range of toys to play with, at least 2 walks - we have beautiful Bickershaw Country Park right on our doorstep - and quiet time for plenty of cuddles and snoozes. At night, your dog can settle down in our living room or kitchen for some well earned rest.
To make sure that your dog is completely happy to stay with us, and to put your mind at ease, we will arrange a trial sleepover before we book in your main holiday. Some dog's will have no issues at all settling in and are happy to stay as soon as they meet us, however, some dog's will find it more difficult to settle in and adjust and may need more than 1 trial session before they are comfortable in their new environment.

Additional Information
Your dog must be registered with us before any trial or booking can take place. The registration is completed in your home with your dog present. We will complete a thorough questionnaire about your dog and go for a short walk. The registration process usually lasts about 90 minutes.

Trial stays are charged at standard rate and will be arranged as follows:
6 nights or less - 1 night trial, 7 nights or more - 2 night trial.
Note: We can't secure your booking until a successful trial stay has been completed.
Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day Available only to our regular boarders.
The following date periods, a minimum 7 day booking applies:
Easter period - 7 days prior/post Easter weekend, Saturday 13th July-Sunday 8th September.
A Home Boarding Day runs from 1pm-1pm. Collection & Return is done between the hours of 12.30pm-1.30pm.
Earlier collection 8am, later return 6pm
Subject to availability and must be arranged at the time of booking. Discounted Day Care rate will be applied.
Note: We provide collection & return free of charge, as part of the service, within a 5 mile radius.
A £10 surcharge will be added for clients who reside outside of this area, up to a 20-mile radius.
For the safety & security of our dog guests and our licensing agreement, clients do not visit our home.
We are unable to accommodate last minute bookings (less than 2 weeks notice) for unregistered clients.
We have been issued an Animal Activity Licence for Home Boarding & Day Care through Wigan Council which stipulates a maximum of 3 dogs (including our own dog) can be boarded at any one time.
