Your personal information is extremely important to us. We have set out our Privacy Policy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) explaining how we collect and handle the information you share with us.

Where we collect your personal information from:

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website; through the enquiry or booking forms, as well as the information you provide during registration and when you sign the Terms & Conditions. In addition, when you comment on any posts through our social media accounts; use our Square payment system to pay for goods and or services.

Data we collect from you:

  • the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet;

  • login;

  • e-mail address;

  • password;

  • computer and connection information;

  • transaction history;

  • billing information;

  • bank account details;

  • payment card details;

  • your name;

  • address;

  • marketing preferences.

We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, service reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

How we use your personal data:

We only use your personal data in relation to the goods and or services that you have enquired about or purchased from us, and for the purpose of marketing that you have opted to receive.

 

How we store your personal data:

Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  For the purpose of enquiry, registration, booking and consent forms and any other written information that you provide to us will be stored securely in the cloud or in our home office.

 

Who we share your personal data with:

We may share your personal data with any of the following organisations, for the purpose of providing the services in which you have purchased from us:

  • regulators or local authorities in relation to our business licence;

  • veterinary surgeries in relation to the health and wellbeing of your dog whilst in our care;

  • HM Revenue & Customs

  • companies, organisations, and individuals that you ask us to share your details with, or who we may introduce you to (with your permission)

 

We will share your personal date with any company, organisation, and individual if we are under a duty to disclose it in order to comply with any legal obligation; to protect our rights, safety, property, our clients or others; in order to enforce or apply our terms of use. This includes sharing your information with other organisations or companies for the purpose of fraud protection.

 

Failure to provide personal information:

If you fail to provide information to us when requested by law, or under the terms of a contract, we may not be able to carry out the service under the contract in place, or are entering into with you. If this is the case, we may have to cancel the service, subject to our Terms.

Time period for storing your personal data:

We will keep your information for as long as you are a client with us. When you stop being a client, we will only retain information about you in relation to meeting specific requirements for our business licence term, and for reporting to HMRC, which is seven years from the date that the contract is terminated.

Your right to request a copy of the information we hold:

You may ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, by contacting us and making a request. We will aim to provide you with this information within 14 days.

You have the right to: access, correct, amend or delete any personal information we have about you, you are invited to contact us to make the request.

If you don’t want us to process your data anymore, please contact us.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

Making a complaint:

If in the event you are unhappy about the way we have collected, stored or used your personal data, please contact us to discuss your concerns. You also have a right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office. You can find their details by visiting www.ico.org.uk if you are still not happy or the issue has not been resolved.
